Henderson Wholesale is a leading wholesaler in Northern Ireland, supplying goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR, and VIVO.

Purpose of the Role:
The Finance Transformation department has experienced significant growth due to recent investments in new systems and technologies.
A Process & Business Transformation Analyst is required to join our team and drive this transformation forward.
You will be responsible for system implementation, process improvement, vendor selection, and system administration for allocated software.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, technically-minded, and eager to learn.
We don't require you to be an expert yet; we will provide training and guidance throughout your journey.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess current financial processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
2. Identify areas for productivity improvements and technology-enabled transformations using data analysis.
3. Support business process change initiatives and develop requirements for new technology solutions.
4. Create detailed process maps to facilitate understanding among the Finance team.
5. Collaborate with other departments to evaluate and implement finance-related technologies.
6. Design, develop, and deploy analytics applications using our self-service analytics platform.
7. Formulate and implement data governance strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data.
8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of finance transformations.
9. Develop an in-depth knowledge of all in-house Finance systems and provide training to Finance team members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience delivering successful business change or process improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage technical skills to drive business change and automation.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Understanding of Root Cause Analysis and acceptance criteria.
* Valid and clean Full UK/EU driving license.
Attributes:
* Ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues at various levels and work closely with commercial departments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
* A Degree or Certification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
* Proficiency in one or more of the following: financial modeling, data analysis tools, project management software.
* Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation.
* Experience using BI Tools, e.g., Qliksense/Qlikview.
* Demonstrated understanding of one or more of the following ERP platforms, financial systems, and emerging financial technologies.
