The ideal candidate mustHave a minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchenBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentBe interested in latest food trends and enjoy creating new dishesPay attention to detail and have great presentation skills Be able to run own section and work to order and coordinate with timingsEngage with and understand our management and floor team responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communicationPrepare food to standard recipes and/or customized to meet our customers' requirements Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift as required.RequirementsHACCP trained to level 2 minimum Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
