What You’ll Do:
As aHelpdesk Support Specialist, you will be the primary support contact for internal and external clients, providing solutions to a variety of technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve user issues, collaborate with IT and business teams, and ensure a seamless support experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for support requests, managing the lifecycle of each request.
* Provide timely and clear responses to support requests via phone, email, and helpdesk software.
* Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve technical issues, working with IT teams and vendors as needed.
* Log, monitor, and track issues to ensure SLAs are met.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements.
* Manage user access requests in line with security best practices.
* Support new technology rollouts and provide guidance to users.
About You:
* Minimum of 3 years in a helpdesk, technical support, or similar role.
* Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* ITIL certification, with experience in Document Management Systems (DMS) or Tableau as a plus.
