My Limerick based client who is a specialist in their field is looking to hire an experienced Customer Support Candidate to join their growing team. This role involves managing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responding to the needs of both internal and external customers whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. Duties: Support Sales Account Managers and customers with their general day to day requirements. Receiving and processing customer purchase orders onto the system. Check stocks availability and liaising with buyers ref expected delivery dates. Keep an open communication channel with internal and external customers regarding lead times. Monitor the orders as they progress and coordinate a timely dispatch by regular communication with the warehouse team Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty. Monitor margins in collaboration with the account managers. Processing of all distribution orders from sites to meet daily deadlines. Responding to the needs of both internal (purchasing and sales) and external customers whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. Generate quotations Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. Management of shortage Report from a customer support perspective, both adding lines short on VMI distribution orders and processing of newly available items off the shortage report onto a distribution orders. Weekly / bi weekly meetings with the onsite account managers to monitor and discuss issues that may arise from the shortage report. Monitor daily status reports and have weekly calls with the internal account managers team. Provide system training to new employees. Requirements: Previous experience working in customer support, administration or sales/purchasing administration. Previous experience working with an ERP system is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proven ability to work to deadlines, be adaptable and multitask Team player with a high level of attention to detail.
