About the Role
Red D are recruiting a General Manager for one of its client's premier sites in Dublin city centre.
The successful candidate will join the leading luxury workplace catering provider in Ireland, renowned for a focus on great food, great coffee, and exceptional customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, upmarket environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily catering and events operation of the site, ensuring delivery of services as per the contract.
* Management of rosters, completion of end-of-day reports, placement of orders, and conduct of stock takes.
* Recruitment, rostering, and training of all team members to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure that company systems are fully functional, and all team members are adequately trained to use them.
* Participation in annual budgeting process alongside the Operations Manager, ensuring financial targets are set and met.
* Assistance with invoice processing and payroll management as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Management of all employee matters in line with HR policy and procedures, with support from the Head of HR
* Action as the first point of contact for client comments and concerns, taking necessary actions to address any issues.

Requirements:
Skills in hospitality management, leadership, catering management, communication, organisation, and financial skills.
