Risk Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Risk Manager to utilise their expertise in the Capital Projects industry and region-specific knowledge to anticipate programme risks before they materialise.
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate integrated workstream risk workshops throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective risk management.
* Review and assess risk management policies and protocols, making recommendations for modifications and improvements.
* Develop and maintain an accurate programme risk register, coordinating with Cost Manager and Lead Scheduler for risk assessments and analysis.
* Design and implement risk models tailored to the programme, considering scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
* Monitor and follow up on mitigation actions against associated risks across the programme/project.
* Develop and manage a risk contingency management process suitable to programme/project requirements.
* Draft and present risk reports and proposals to Programme leadership and senior staff.
* Gather and record lessons learned for the programme.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
* Experience or proven track record in a risk management environment.
* Desirable experience in the health sector and probabilistic modelling.
* A working understanding of integrated risk management processes on large programmes/projects.
* Professional risk certification is advantageous.
