This global top tier Professional Services firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Analyst to join their dynamic Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and optimising processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with process owners to understand current operations
2. Ensuring completeness of current finance process documentation
3. Facilitating process workflow modelling for process improvements and automation
4. Highlighting areas for improvement and identifying weaknesses and risks
5. Liaising with key management on identified inconsistencies and weaknesses
6. Working on ad hoc projects as required
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Qualification: Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant
2. Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience (preferred but not essential)
3. Project Management: Strong organisation and time management skills; experienced in leading change management
4. Communication Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
5. Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills with the ability to analyse business process and conduct compliance reviews
6. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation skills
7. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
