**Customer Service Representative Role Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to key account holders.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent service to key account holders, including extensive contract knowledge, account information, sales support, and customer queries/complaints.
* Maintain working relationships with existing key accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
* Research products and prepare quotations for customers, including follow-up on outstanding quotations to secure orders.
* Attend to order processing and follow up to ensure timely delivery and provide technical advice on products and services.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Business, Management, or other relevant industry field (Med Tech industry preferred).
* 3+ years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the Med Tech industry, working with corporate clients.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and handle challenging conversations.
* Positive attitude, strong desire to meet customer needs, and ability to work within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, engaging, and possess exceptional sales skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong system skills and efficiency in Excel.
