This includes conducting assessments, facilitating training sessions, and providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential.Main ResponsibilitiesInstructional design of materials for GTI led programmesDevelop and deliver leadership development programs for professionals at all levels of the organizationConduct assessments to provide input on leadership development needsFacilitate on global milestone and other development programmes on various topics such as global mindset, collaboration, alignment to strategy, leadership skills, communication, and team buildingProvide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them improve their leadership skillsWork closely with the Global Head of Leadership Development to align leadership development programs with Go Beyond 2025 StrategyMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvementWorking hours must be flexible and international travel is required (usually around 10 days at a time, but can sometimes be 3 weeks).LocationIreland; however, we will consider strong candidates from other locations.Person SpecificationA great verbal communicator who presents in an engaging way and can facilitate leader-level conversationsProfessional presence and commercial knowledge to establish credibilityEmpathetic with excellent listening and rapport-building skillsAbility to envisage, research, create, and document new learningProven experience of facilitating leadership programmes in a professional environmentEvidence of understanding adult learning principlesProven track record in instructional design capabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong relationship skills and cultural awareness; ability to work well with people from different disciplines and culturesAbility to be agile, respond positively to change, and contribute with an innovative and global mindsetEvidence of coaching capabilityAbility to liaise with external providersAbility to liaise with internal stakeholdersStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExperience in a professional services environment is a plusFluency in English is critical; Spanish and other languages are an advantageThere are many benefits of being part of Grant Thornton International, including working with a global and diverse team in a virtual setting.
