Job Title: Health & Safety Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a best-in-class Health & Safety Management System, compliant with ISO 45001 standards.
* Manage SEVESO and COMAH compliance, focusing on major accident prevention and chemical safety programs.
* Create and operate Safe Systems of Work, maintain the health and safety legal register, and develop governance systems.
* Collaborate across departments on project management of EHS programs.
* Spearhead emergency preparedness, contractor management, and construction safety programs.
* Establish and manage relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and reporting.
* Innovate within the EHS field and lead H&S training programs.
* Utilize electronic platforms for Permit to Work and H&S system management.

* Demonstrated experience in project management, technical expertise, and H&S leadership.
Essential Requirements:
* A Higher Diploma or Degree in Health and Safety.
* Experience in building strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal and global teams.
* Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* A self-starter with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Experience working in a COMAH facility.
