Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist Role Overview
We are partnering with Public Hospitals and Private Hospitals to expand their senior radiation therapist teams with Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist hires.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize clinical area workflow effectively and efficiently.
* Develop strong training, mentoring, leadership, and management skills.
* Lead by example in patient preparation and treatment, including specialized dose calculations and complex planning data.
* Facilitate and manage Radiotherapy team Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
* Monitor Radiotherapy team work quality.
* Promote positive engagement and collaboration within a Multi-Disciplinary team.
Requirements:
* Rélevant Hons Degree - Essential
* Rélevant Postgraduate Studies / Masters - Preferred
* CORU Registration or in the process of CORU Registration - Essential
* Minimum 6 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist with at least 2 years at Supervisor, Leader, Senior Specialist level using up-to-date equipment and procedures
