Kennedy Recruitment is recruiting for various Admin Officer positions across Northern Ireland.
Your Duties:
* Prepare reports for senior management.
* Data entry.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via telephone.
* Utilize IT/telephony technology and organizational software packages.
* Take minutes, engage with stakeholders, and perform analysis work.
Your Profile:
* At least one year of experience in an administrative environment.
* Four GCSEs including English and Maths.
* IT/Microsoft Office proficiency at an intermediate level, focusing on Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Minute taking experience is preferred.
Your Benefits:
* Paid at £12.59 per hour.

Additional Information:
* Full-time, temporary 13-week contract initially.
* Work from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
* A Basic Access NI Check is required.
