The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a creative, commercially driven, and results-oriented Junior Brand Manager to elevate the presence of the premium spirits portfolio across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer with a passion for world-class brands, exceptional storytelling, and crafting unforgettable consumer experiences.
As Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and performance of our portfolio. From developing compelling brand activations to working closely with sales teams, agencies, and trade partners, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
• Define clear brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company goals.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning and global brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging brand campaigns that captivate both trade partners and consumers.
• Manage all brand activations across on-trade, off-trade, and wholesale channels, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with external agencies to deliver creative, high-impact brand experiences and events.
• Oversee production and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM), ensuring effective brand representation at every touchpoint.
Brand Performance & Market Insights:
• Monitor brand performance, identifying opportunities to enhance market share and brand equity.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimize future activations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of category trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behaviors.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with the sales team to develop persuasive customer proposals that drive brand visibility and sales.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with trade partners, ensuring brand presence in key accounts.
• Manage partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer engagement objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Commercial, and Digital, to deliver cohesive brand strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in FMCG brand marketing, trade marketing, or a related field, ideally within the premium beverage sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing activations that resonate with trade partners and consumers.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset, with experience managing budgets and optimizing spend.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with third-party agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• A passion for premium brands and an understanding of the Irish spirits market is a plus.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
