We are looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in business systems migration and integration to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of a variety of systems delivery projects as we consolidate over 25 different business entities into single group-wide toolsets. Following significant investment in late 2022, the group is now consolidating the various business units, which in turn requires the migration off a raft of different tools for existing teams.

1. ITSM (FreshService)
2. ERP (NetSuite) to also include:
1. NetSuite CRM
2. Zone Billing
3. SuiteProjects
The ideal candidate will have delivered similar projects with a demonstrable record and/or suitable references, and ideally this would have included NetSuite in similar sized organisations. Familiarity with ITSM tooling is also advantageous, and in particular experience with FreshService.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage existing projects and new, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and any risk management planning and/or change control where needed.
3. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise along the way to get them freed up ASAP.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
5. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly, including progress, risks, and issues, as well as proposed solutions and recommendations.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including in-house Ekco IT, Operations teams, and other departments, to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Where applicable, manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and reporting variances to stakeholders.
8. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and change management documentation.
Key Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant project management, with a strong understanding of systems architecture and NetSuite ERP and CRM.
2. Proven track record of managing complex business systems/application delivery projects, including managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and obstacles in a timely manner.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Non-essential Requirements
1. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
2. Working knowledge of IT Managed services such as Virtualisation technologies, Networking, Storage, Backup and DR services would be beneficial in understanding some of the business drivers.
