EMEA Supply Chain Director Role
A permanent contract hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week in Athlone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer value strategies.
* Partner with Area Leaders to define customer delivery and inventory/cost expectations.
* Represent Supply Chain in Portfolio and NPI strategy decisions.
* Support global fulfillment and Supply Chain Architecture strategies.
* Maintain consistent Sales & Operations Execution and global standard work application.
* Implement level loading strategies and manage Phase-in/Phase-out and supply changes.
* Oversee global product availability and backorder management.
* Support Integrated Business Planning and best practice replication.
* Manage talent for the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Organization, including hiring, developing, and assigning roles.
* Represent Supply Chain Planning on the Global Operations & Supply Chain EMEA Leadership Team.
Ideal Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience, Medical device, Pharma or Healthcare.
* E2E Supply Chain process knowledge.
* Business and Financials Acumen / Knowledge.
* APICS Certification.
* Lean Six Sigma experience.
* Ability to operate at Strategic and Operational levels.
