Job Description The Graduate Recruiter will design and implement strategies to attract, source, recruit, and select top graduate talent. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that our graduate programme aligns seamlessly with Jones Engineering's overarching talent strategy and business objectives. As a member of the Graduate Recruitment team, you will collaborate closely with both the Graduate Recruiting Team but also partner with the HR Operations team to drive successful outcomes and ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition and development. Responsibilities: Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings to identify suitable candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to share CVs and coordinate interview schedules. Extend job offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive journey. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with university lecturers and career services to identify opportunities for sourcing top graduate talent. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new graduate hires. Maintain regular communication with new hires and actively support the planning and execution of the internship program. Events & Branding: Organise and manage logistics for career fairs, including event coordination and booking. Represent Jones Engineering at career fairs, guest lectures, and staff events, showcasing the company's opportunities and culture. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to strengthen the company's professional network and presence. Assist with the Graduate Induction process and provide support for candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. Metrics & Data: Monitor and analyse hiring metrics to ensure recruitment targets are achieved. Prepare and update weekly reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. Skills and Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification. Proven experience leading recruitment campaigns, with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in graduate recruitment. Strong initiative and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and tasks. Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Skilled in conducting phone and in-person interviews, including candidate screening and evaluation. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
