IT Helpdesk Technician
Our client is actively seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician for a contract role, emphasizing both technical acumen and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless support services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide frontline support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
* Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
* Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
* Contribute to the maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
* Relevant industry certifications and demonstrated experience in IT support are required.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar helpdesk role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
