* We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client in Dublin 5.
* The Ideal Candidate:
* Attention to detail, accuracy with recording information.
* Bookkeeping skills.
* Organized and precise
* Good PC Skills, to include excel and word, experience in an accounting package would be an advantage.
* Experience with bank reconciliations, basic account preparations would be an advantage.
* To be able to work as part of a team, but also capable of working on their own initiative and have the ability to plan and control their workload.
* Have strong technical accounting skills
* Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to priorities work
* Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities:
* Recording all receipts and payments, inputting into accounting software, monthly reconciling of banks.
* Registering and Invoicing vehicle sales
* Preparation of financial information for management.
* Interaction with various departments within the company (administration, finance, sales, workshop, Parts)
* Other ad hoc duties as the need may arise.
