About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the sales team is motivated and rewarded effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans: This includes plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
* Utilising the sales compensation system: ensuring accuracy and making improvements.
* Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and the effectiveness of incentive programs.
* Work closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their compensation needs.
* Provide support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in sales compensation and data analysis.
* Experience with Xactly (preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
