As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in the store's daily operations, ensuring the store is opened and closed efficiently while supporting the team in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed Oversee the store during opening and closing times, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts Support and supervise the team in providing excellent customer service Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and merchandising Handle cash management, including till operations, banking and cashing up Ensure health, safety and security policies are adhered to at all times Assist in training and development of new team members Support the Management team with daily operational tasks as need Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or Keyholder role ideally in a FMCG/Big Box retail setting Strong reliability, trustworthiness and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and store presentation Comfortable handling cash and ensuring security procedures are followed Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
