Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
Key responsibilities include creating compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials, as well as utilising various marketing channels to promote properties.
They will also stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, generate leads, and provide guidance and assistance to buyers.
Additionally, the candidate will develop networks and collaborate with legals, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales.

Qualifications:
* A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in property sales is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets, are necessary.
* Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards is essential.
* A full clean Irish driver's licence is required.
* A PSRA licence is preferred.
