On behalf of a leading Energy/ Infrastructure firmin Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner.
This is an exciting and challengingopportunity to work in a dynamic, commercial and customer focused business. Therole will have responsibility for challenging business performance,commercial decision–making, the development and implementation of businessstrategy and maintaining a robust governance and control framework.
Responsibilities:
1. Commercially challenging and supporting all business opportunities to ensure an appropriate risk and reward approach.
2. Managing the day-to-day financial performance of the Business areas, including proactive engagement with the Business to ensure targets are met.
3. Developing corrective action plans with Business Managers to address performance gaps.
4. Supporting Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes; agree key assumptions with FP&A team and Business Units.
5. Manage, lead, and develop all financial analytics for the business either within the BP team or co-ordinating with the Forecasting Planning & Analysis team to support all business decisions.
Requirements
6. A Qualified Accountant with c. 2 years’ PQE.
7. The ability to understand and communicate the key drivers of financial performance.
8. A commercial mind set with effective analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with senior management.
9. A capacity to work on own initiative, and to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
10. Stakeholder management skills with an ability to leverage relationships to influence solutions.
11. Demonstrated experience in managing varying workloads, including appropriate prioritisation of short term and long-term deliverables.
