Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Performance Director will play a lead role in driving continuous profitable growth and development within the firm.
Key aspects of role will involve: Working closely with Partners and SLT, identifying opportunities for acquisitive and organic growth and development Driving strategic initiatives, leading many key highly visible projects Implementing a sophisticated performance management system Strategic operational performance management building an effective framework supported by latest technology integrating AI, analytics, modelling, forecasting and trends identification Elevating quality standards and innovation processes optimisation, ensuring a continued first-class service offering as efficiently as is possible Providing visionary leadership to the business and further developing succession planning to prepare of scalable growth Internal and external stakeholder engagement and relationship management, and IR Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant, with similar experience, ideally within a professional services firm Highly analytical, exceptional communication skills, ability to develop rapport with clients, SLT and multiple important stakeholders Commercially savvy, and business development focussed About our Client Our client is a fast-growing professional services firm with a newly created position evolving, which will play a lead role in ensuring the firm is capitalising on the enormous opportunities available to rapidly scale the business.
