Purpose of the Role The purpose of this post is to map simulation resources on current CHI sites and coordinate their migration into NCH.
The role will also develop a Simulation schedule to support the EOLA, internal staff training programme in CHI.
The role will work with the Project Manager of Academic Education Migrations to support the development of the training hybrid module using digital resources and simulation to supplement clinical learning.
Essential Criteria: • A 3rd level degree/post-graduate qualification in a healthcare discipline or 7 years of experience in clinical education
• 2 years of experience in project management in a complex organization.
• 2 years of experience of working with multiple stakeholders on a shared task
• 2 years of experience in an education/training environment
• ICT and digital literacy
