Genesis are seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join its aircraft component trading subsidiary - ReGEN.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with management and employees within ReGEN, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues, talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, organizational development, and training.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within the business, ensuring alignment with ReGEN’s business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for the preferred candidate to liaise and work with multiple departments within a start-up aircraft parts trading business in a well-positioned aircraft leasing company, with strong long-term shareholders.
The role will be initially based in Dublin 18, with a relocation to Dublin Airport in Q1 2025.
Role and Responsibilities:
* HR Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
* Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts across departments, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain the best talent. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
* Workforce Planning: Assist with workforce planning to ensure the organisation is equipped with the right talent and skills to meet both current and future needs.
* Policy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.
* Performance Management: Support managers with performance management processes, helping to foster a culture of continuous development and accountability.
* HR Projects: Participate in and lead HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law, data protection regulations, and Genesis policies.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support to management on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum Level 8 Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
* Proven experience working in Aircraft Leasing desirable but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex HR issues.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
* Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
