Receptionist Position Available
We are seeking a receptionist with administrative experience for a 6-month contract in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will work in a busy office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Answering switchboard calls and resolving queries accordingly
• Greeting visitors and logging their arrival
• Providing refreshments for meetings and visitors
• Managing the meeting room booking system
• Handling post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
• Ordering supplies as needed
• Supporting the PA team with bookings, travel, and other tasks
• Assisting with monthly credit card reconciliations
• Helping to organize company events
• Performing ad-hoc duties such as data entry, note-taking, and database updates
