Our client, a leading customer experience (CX) solutions provider, seeks a Solution Architect to help transform their business from a transactional service provider to a strategic partner. This role is key in designing innovative CX solutions to meet operational and commercial goals, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop solutions that drive revenue and meet client needs.
2. Support business development by identifying opportunities and consulting on solutions.
3. Lead client discovery sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
4. Create designs, business cases, and resource plans for effective ROI.
5. Identify risks and dependencies, contributing to presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
1. 7-10 years experience in a similar role.
2. In-depth BPO (Ideally) and CX industry knowledge, with expertise in AI and automation.
3. Strong consultative skills to understand client needs and co-create solutions.
4. Ability to create business cases, balancing client and commercial goals.
5. Problem-solving skills with a strategic, cost-effective approach.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration and client relationships.
7. Experience in design thinking and presenting complex solutions effectively.
Work Environment:
1. Hybrid model: office, home, and client site visits within Ireland.
2. Salary - €100-110K +
