Relationship Manager - Traditional

Position Description:
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Traditional Relationship Management and Client Service team. Our primary goal is to provide an exceptional client experience to our clients. As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for managing the overall relationship of the clients assigned to you. You are also responsible for growing the business/market share and revenue with existing clients.
What you'll do:
* Manage the overall client relationship to maintain targeted revenue and profitability - establish a trusted and consultative relationship.
* Deepen and broaden strategic relationships within the client at the C-suite level, executive buyers, and key influencers.
* Develop an intimate understanding of the client's business, objectives, and competitors to better consult and provide solutions.
* Develop, design, and manage client account plan and annual account reviews.
* Provide strategic plan and conduct annual business planning process with clients.
* Act as consultant - Identify, present, market innovative recommendations relating to: industry trends, product differentiation (product rollout, new classes, channels, etc.), new market opportunities, success stories, etc.
* Work with team to continually define our service offering and manage client expectations. You will ensure referenceability of client.
* Perform annual client account reviews.
* Develop forecast for existing business using Client Business Plan and current client profitability.
* Identify, assess, and cross-sell solutions and services.
* Maximize the product profitability.
* Contribute to the success of the market unit by identifying and participating in department-wide initiatives to improve effectiveness.
* Third-party relationship management to enhance SEI's Brand Awareness with strategic partners.
* Cultivate excellent working relationships with Operations Management.
* Point of escalation for clients & internal teams.
What you bring to the table:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 10 years investment management/operations experience.
* Have strong knowledge of traditional fund structures including UCITS & ETFs.
* Strong data management skills/Project Management.
* A curious mindset and ability to execute change.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time.
* A track record in cross-selling and wallet share expansion (desirable).
