About the Role
This role will support the Plant department's operations and the Accounts Payable department as an Accounts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage plant and equipment records
* Oversee accounts payable processes
* Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers
* Perform administrative tasks to meet internal company deadlines and maintain service levels
Requirements
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and data entry
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* Flexibility and initiative, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
