Graduate Finance TraineeWe're looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our Finance team in Leeds/Dublin as a Finance Graduate Trainee.
Over the course of three years, you'll experience exciting rotations across key finance functions, working with dynamic teams to tackle impactful projects.
Each rotation will bring new challenges, so stay curious and ready to adapt.
You'll gain real, hands-on experience while working towards a recognised finance qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
Your placements will be carefully crafted to ensure you develop a wide range of skills and knowledge.
You'll work alongside managers and teams who are dedicated to supporting your growth and challenging you in each rotation, helping you unlock your full potential.

What you'll doAs part of our Finance Teams, you'll complete rotations in areas such as:
Financial Planning & Analysis – Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Providing insights to support key business decisions.Brand Finance – Work with teams supporting big brands including Paddy Power, Sky Bet and Betfair.
Delivering financial insights and analysing data to drive strategic decisions.Commercial Finance – Partner with functions such as Technology and Customer Operations, providing your expert support and insights to optimise business performance and drive the Flutter Edge.These rotations will help you build essential accounting skills while developing leadership and strategic thinking capabilities for you to add value in the largest Sports Betting and iGaming company in the world.

Round 1: You'll be asked to complete a short online video interview assessment relevant to the position you have applied for.Round 2: You'll be asked to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing.Final Round: You'll be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2025.Who can apply?You can apply to us with any degree from a recognised university, in any field.
