Objective of the Role
Ensure the day-to-day operations of all bars and associated areas/functions are seamlessly executed in line with property and Group standards.
Main Duties:
* Deliver an authentic, warm, and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
* Uphold and professionally meet licensing legislation obligations.
* Safeguard cash, stock, float drop, till management, and related procedures.
* Lead staff development and training initiatives to ensure the team consistently delivers the highest quality standards and exceptional customer experiences.
* Enhance and uphold the hotel's culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts.
