We are seeking an Employee Experience & Engagement Expert with deep expertise in Performance Management to lead strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive continuous feedback cultures, and optimize performance processes. This role will be instrumental in shaping an employee-centric approach to performance management, ensuring alignment with business strategy and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
What you'll do:
* Lead the development and evolution of performance management strategies with a focus on employee experience, engagement, and impact.
* Partner with senior HR leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders to influence and drive adoption of performance engagement strategies.
* Design and implement frameworks that foster a culture of real-time feedback, coaching, and meaningful development conversations at all levels.
* Leverage insights from employee sentiment, engagement surveys, and performance data to continuously improve and refine the performance management process.
* Drive innovation in performance management by integrating cutting-edge digital tools, AI-driven analytics, and employee experience platforms.
* Champion the shift towards modern performance management practices, ensuring alignment across geographies and diverse workforces.
* Utilize data-driven methodologies to measure the effectiveness of performance engagement strategies, providing executive-level recommendations for improvement.
* Support senior leaders and HRBPs in driving high-impact performance conversations, fostering leadership development, and enabling talent retention.
* Design and execute an employee-centric approach to goal setting which drives clarity, ownership, and empowerment across the company.
What you'll bring:
* 10+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, Talent Development, or Organizational Psychology, with deep expertise in Performance Management.
* Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-wide performance engagement strategies in a large, complex, global organization.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-suite leaders, senior HR executives, and global stakeholders.
* Expertise in employee engagement methodologies, behavioral science, and performance optimization frameworks.
* Experience with HR technology, AI-driven performance tools, and digital transformation in the employee experience space.
* Highly skilled in data storytelling, people analytics, and performance insights to drive strategic decision-making.
* Track record of leading large-scale change management initiatives focused on performance and engagement.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and consulting skills to drive alignment and impact.
