Job Summary
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to lead and manage the quantity surveying function across multiple projects for a well-established cost and project management service provider.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
* Monitor project costs and manage cash flow, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
* Advise on contractual matters, including procurement, risk management, and change control.
* Review and analyze project performance, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
* Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance and development opportunities.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and reporting.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited).
* QS experience in a consultancy service/project management focused company.
* Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and commercial management.
* Proven experience with a range of sectors, including bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
* Client-focused, with the ability to service clients' expectations to their fullest and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally on complex projects.
* Knowledgeable and proficient on software such as Cubit and Excel.
