About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Contact Manager to join the sales team in our partnership with the largest independent insurance brokerage in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Outreach: Engage with potential and current clients via phone to arrange face-to-face meetings for Account Executives.
* CRM Management: Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and client retention.
* Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote services.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders confidently.
* Resilience: A driven individual who thrives in overcoming objections and is motivated by achieving targets.
* Innovative Mindset: Creative in marketing and promoting business services, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
