Electrical Bid Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Bid Manager to join our team at Jones Engineering. As a key member of our business strategy and development team, you will play a crucial role in directing our growth and driving our success.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop technical and business content for bids and prequalification proposals.
* Support the bid team with bid pipeline management.
* Manage standalone bids from start to finish.
* Collaborate with estimating departments to produce comprehensive and cohesive bids.
* Liaise with Marketing team on RFTs/PQQs.
* Design compelling visual content.
* Be a thought leader in the bid process and continually look to evolve our estimating approaches.
Skills and Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
* 5+ years' experience in M&E engineering industry preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
