Job Title: HR Advisor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice to clients over the phone on all matters of HR, from general to complex queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality advice to clients in a productive manner, providing efficient solution-based advice through calls or emails, depending on client preference.
* Receive and respond to various calls from clients with HR issues or queries, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Develop clear answers for clients using expert HR and employment law knowledge.
* Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, taking applicable internal terms and conditions into account.
* Ensure all requests for advice are dealt with within relevant service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
* Good employment law knowledge through studies or working experience.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
* Previous experience working in a KPI/target driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing workload accordingly.
* Organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.
