Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching and guidance to department leaders, enhancing their ability to lead and support their teams.
* Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to design and implement impactful growth and performance programs.
* Champion a culture of feedback, supporting leaders in setting performance goals and addressing development needs.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering tailored solutions for talent development and team dynamics.
Workplace Culture & Employee Wellbeing:
* Foster an environment that promotes open communication, collaboration, and alignment with Adare Manor's values.
* Lead the employee wellbeing agenda, embedding principles into daily activities and implementing cost-effective strategies.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, monitoring key metrics and trends to develop proactive solutions.
HR Operations & Compliance:
* Oversee HR daily operations, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
* Manage all reward and benefit programs, ensuring they remain competitive and reflective of our Employee Value Proposition.
* Partner with the Talent team to deliver a seamless candidate experience, supporting recruitment and manning guidelines to meet business needs.
* Maintain accurate employee records and oversee regular reports on key HR metrics.
Strategic Initiatives:
* Collaborate with the Director of HR to define and execute strategies aligned with Adare Manor's vision and business goals.
* Lead cross-departmental HR projects that enhance operational excellence and elevate employee satisfaction.
* Develop and implement Adare Manor's Employer Brand, solidifying our position as a preferred luxury employer.
