Skills and Requirements Advanced craft certificate in relevant field. Equivalent experience will be considered. At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a Construction environment, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Ideally some experience working on Healthcare projects would be advantageous. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Medical Gases electrical distribution, motors, controls, etc. Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient HVAC solutions Experience working in commercial and industrial sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse project team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance operations. Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and layout drawings. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contractors. Valid/Full clean driver's licence.
