An exciting opportunites has arisen within the Catering Service of Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services for an individual wishing to progress their career.
The post holder will assist with the preparation, cooking and delivery of a high standard food catering service to patients, residents, meals-on-wheels, staff, volunteers, internal and external functions and visitors with strict adherence to food safety legislation within the catering department and associated areas.
We have 2 vacancies:
* Permanent & Fixed Term/ Specified Purpose Contract Essential Requirements Qualifications London City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 NCCB or such equivalent qualifications as may be approved by the Minister for Health from time to time Primary Food Hygiene Training, EHOA accredited Experience Minimum of 2 years current relevant experience in similar/large scale catering environment Desirable Requirements Qualifications Management of Food Hygiene training Experience Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in food hygiene and safety practices Knowledge of Health and Safety Practices Experience in IDDSI Informal enquiries for these positions are most welcome.
