Join Our Team and Make a Difference Care Worker- 6529 Permanent Full-Time Contract Job PurposeTo facilitate a service user focused service to adults with varying disabilities & complex health needs that include, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder.
What we're looking for:
Minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, Social Care or equivalentWork Experience not essential but would be an advantageSkills and knowledge in the areas of Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Mental HealthFull Driving Licence RequiredYour ResponsibilitiesPromote and actively involved in teamwork, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the service user.
Facilitate and implement a person-centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes, and requirements of service users.
Provide personal assistance in all aspects of personal care and manual handling, ensuring comfort and hygiene of service users and adhering to safe practice at all times.
Assist service users in the taking of medication in line with policy and procedure.

SalaryStarting from point 1 €29, point 5 €33, pro rata), depending on experience.
