Manager at a Customer-Focused Bakery
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our bakery team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Adhere to strict daily deadlines to maintain operational flow.
* Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring the store's neat presentation.
* Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Manage store orders, monitor incoming customer orders, and ensure timely stock replenishment from suppliers.
* Handle various administrative tasks, including managing and processing invoices using Sage.
* Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
* Mentor, manage, and train junior staff on new procedures, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP), and support inspection processes.
* Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and till reconciliation.
