We are currently looking for an HR & Production Administrator to join our team and take responsibility for all production administration duties assigned by the Plant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the production function.
What you will do
1. Collate payroll queries, holiday requests & management of holidays
2. Assistance in setting of new personnel on Workday (some access level to TMS system)
3. Administrative assistance in recruiting new staff
4. Reviewing daily clocking issues; highlight these and rectify; Clocking correctly to correct jobs
5. Maintain accurate personnel files including attendance details
6. Promote and support personnel with company benefits eg healthcare & pension applications etc
7. Deal with administrative requests & liaise with HR pension forms, copy of contracts, Paternity forms
8. Coordinate new personnel induction into plants & Access badge allocation
9. Manage Personnel locker allocation
10. Maintain PPE stocks
11. Maintain contract cleaners’ stocks
12. Facilitate Orders from the Production Floor Tools, PO’s
13. Dealing with printing / Label, laminate requests from the Floor for outgoing AHU units
14. Reception presence from time to time. Visitor log maintained & gate control
15. Schedule Meetings/ Training, booking rooms
16. Support preparation of morning DSU details & additional information for Supervisors
17. Manage all Company Notice Boards
18. Perform other duties as required

20. External contacts potentially include representing Silent-Aire with auditors and regulatory representatives, customers and vendors
21. Excellent computer skills
22. Ability to attend and conduct staff presentations as required
