Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading retail and SME bank in Ireland to find a Branch Customer Service Advisor for their Dublin South location.
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate branch plans and ensure activities are actioned.
* Coach colleagues to embed key learnings from the Blackbelt program, including enhanced customer engagement and education on available channels.
* Ensure team members understand their impact on compliance and embody the concept of 'right first time' performance. Lead by example.
* Support daily customer service operations within the branch.
* Provide exceptional customer service, improving experiences through phone and face-to-face interactions.
* Tackle customer queries effectively, professionally, and compliantly.
* Generate and execute sales from lead to fulfillment according to the Omni-Channel ethos and activity management system.
* Assist with sales campaigns, including post-sales administration and follow-up tasks.
* Respond promptly to leads passed from Open24 to maximize new business opportunities from existing customers.
* Perform duties in compliance with policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with the Branch Lead and wider territory team on key customer relationships.
* Aid in retaining existing business and contributing to growing new business across customer segmentation profiles in line with branch requirements.
* Manage cash administration duties, promote balanced ATM/SSBM policies, and maintain efficient daily maintenance relevant to your branch location and model.
* Take on various roles in the branch on a rotating schedule.
* Maintain knowledge of regulatory codes impacting day-to-day work.
* Pursue continuous professional development and agree an annual performance and development plan with your manager.
* Regularly review skills and remain open to feedback.
Requirements:
Essential
* Hold a recognized financial advisor qualification (e.g., QFA or APA) to discuss products and provide advice to customers.
* Be actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Have significant experience in sales, customer service, or clerical roles in a compliant environment.
* Be committed to working in a sales environment.
Desired
* SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES.
* EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF RETAIL FINANCE PRODUCTS, PROCESSES, AND PROCEDURES.
