A market leader in engineering investment into Ireland is looking for a Project Executive to join their team, this position would be great for someone with experience in project/stakeholder management
Working with some of the world's leading Engineering companies from the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, to deliver the next generation of engineering investments to Ireland, our Engineering strategy is focused on delivering new to Ireland investments from a range of exciting sub sectors including 'space technologies', 'eVTOL' the transformation of the auto industry to electric vehicles and the delivery of new innovative solutions in automation and aviation.

Overview:
Working with the Engineering and Green Economy team to deliver 60+ investments and 2,500+ jobs over the four years of Driving Sustainable Recovery strategy. You will work with a base of growth orientated clients across core sub-sectors including Aviation, Automotive, Technology, Manufacturing and Services.
This client base is actively developing and delivering next generation technology solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Vision systems, Factory 4.0 automation, digitisation and the development of new green technologies to support Ireland's Net Zero climate ambitions.
Key competencies and responsibilities include
Sales & Marketing
1. Work with the global team to identify and profile contestable markets in North America, Europe and The UK, to support the delivery of New investment to Ireland Work with the global team to deliver, manage and plan impactful site visits aligning with our company and Engineering strategy ambitions;
2. Proactively support and manage the development and sharing of knowledge across the entire global team to support innovation, creativity, and a strong influencing agenda
3. Identify new investment opportunities, investment trends and marketing opportunities to support the delivery of goals and objectives.
4. Manage a client portfolio to deliver Growth, Transformation and Sustainability investments.
Communications & Personal Effectiveness
5. Strong oral and written communication experience with ability to lead challenging and impactful client conversations
6. Present proposals to C-Suite client executives, investment Committees and Board
7. Knowledge of the Business
8. A developing knowledge of our value propositions.
9. Experience working on transformation and growth strategies with clients.
10. Ability to analyse, interpret and understand client business plans.
11. Client Focused Relationship Building
12. Strong client focused approach to building relationships, and delivering excellent client service

13. Track record working with other teams in and outside our company in creative and impactful ways
Negotiating & Influencing
14. Developing experience to influence decision makers in important stakeholder groups
Project Management
15. Experience managing clients and a portfolio to successfully achieve goals and objectives
16. Track record managing competing priorities and work responsibilities
Additional Requirements:
17. Third level qualification, to a minimum Level 8 on the National Qualification Framework is essential
18. This role will require international & domestic travel
19. Ability to work well under pressure, to show initiative, to work independently and on occasion to work outside of standard office hours
20. Flexibility and interest in career progression overseas
21. Demonstrated interest in personal development and continuous learning
22. Adherence to Health & Safety legislation to protect and ensure employee safety at all times.
23. Full driving licence
