Job Description
We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our organisation for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recommend solutions to employee relations queries and escalate as needed.
* Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies.
* Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
* Collaborate with other centres of excellence.
* Manage the HR Inbox of relevant queries.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years Human Resources experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Prior experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is highly desirable.
* Experience with case management systems and Workday is preferred.
* Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide guidance and advice to managers and employees across EMEA on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation queries. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite per week.
