Job Description Summary
Our office in Dublin has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PRS Manager to join our team in delivering best in class services to our portfolio of managed PRS developments throughout Dublin. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to act as the primary interface with institutional clients, occupants, and other stakeholders with responsibility for coordinating the successful management of the overall portfolio.
This position provides a unique platform for suitably experienced and ambitious candidates to demonstrate their range of skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted property advisor, providing analysis, insight, and valuable service to clients in a proactive manner on areas of tenancy, service charge, planned preventative maintenance schedules, and inspections.
2. Determine market rent for prime residential property to lease in Dublin and environs.
3. Accompany potential occupiers on inspections of available properties.
4. Support the management function in maximizing rental returns and minimizing tenancy 'void' periods.
5. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the acquisition of property to achieve organizational targets and objectives.
6. Conduct thorough property inspections, adhering to health and safety regulations.
7. Oversee repairs and maintenance as required and ensure strict service levels are adhered to.
8. Provide excellent customer service to a demanding client base and maintain relevant records and systems.
9. Work with senior colleagues and Marketing on the preparation of pitches to win business instructions.
10. Utilize all relevant technology systems, maintain up-to-date records, and maximize reporting functionality, e.g., Yardi Rentcafe, Building Link, Meridian, etc.
11. Attend Corporate Client meetings to discuss Lettings strategies and explain performance on void properties.
Skills & Experience:
1. Third level Property, Surveying, Engineering, or FM qualification.
2. PSRA Licence C or suitable experience or qualifications to qualify for same.
3. Professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
4. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
5. Proficient in MS packages e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
6. An understanding and knowledge of property management financial software including Yardi and Rent Café.
