The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in the success of The Stables Brasserie, leading the F&B team and creating an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the tactical and strategic requirements for The Stables operations.
* Create an atmosphere and culture that inspires guest loyalty and team member engagement.
* Evaluate products and services, ensuring effective training and ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience as a manager/head of department in a food & beverage setting.
* Proven leadership experience in a F&B team.
* 1-2 years' experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant.
* Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Excel proficiency.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a hands-on attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Experience with arranging events and functions.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
