Essential Criteria:
To apply for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* One of the following qualifications:
* 4 years' experience in a health or social care setting OR QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care OR Psychology Degree AND 3 years' experience in a health and social care setting OR Psychology Master's degree AND 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting OR A professional social work qualification
* At least 2 years' experience working with people with a learning disability OR autism
* At least 2 years' experience in managing behaviors of concern through Positive Behavior Support
* Previous experience providing input to developing and implementing person-centered support plans (Care Plans)
* Full driving license OR ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post
* Registration on the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body
