Maintenance Coordinator – Manufacturing
A key leadership role overseeing a team of maintenance fitters and electricians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximise uptime and efficiency.
* Oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
* Manage contractors and ensure all external work is completed to the required standards.
* Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
* Analyse maintenance metrics to reduce costs and enhance reliability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within an industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, production maintenance, and site facilities management.
* Third-level qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent training.
* Proven experience leading teams and driving maintenance performance.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
