The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, the role involves liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to facilitate a smooth recruitment journey.
Key Objectives: Scheduling interviewsManaging candidate communicationMaintaining recruitment databasesAssisting in sourcing and screening candidatesEnsuring compliance with hiring policiesSupporting employer branding initiativesContributing to continuous improvement in recruitment processesWhat you get in return: A career path that will enable you to reach new heightsA flexible working environmentExcellent company cultureBespoke in house and external trainingEmployee discountsPension SchemeDeath in service benefitKey Responsibilities: Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess skills and experience.Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs.Participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance talent attraction.Key Requirements: Ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).Strong competency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.Skilled in negotiating job offers and managing expectations.Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Accuracy in reviewing applications, updating records, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.Understanding of employer branding strategies and how to promote the company as an attractive employer.Previous experience in recruitment and managing end-to-end hiring processes.Experience managing multiple roles, including both high-volume recruitment and specialised talent acquisition.
